SAMA offers a Residential Village with 315 real estates (houses and apartments for singles), built and managed with resources of the company, lodging part of its employees. Its infrastructure is equivalent to that of the big cities.

All residents of the Village are provided with drinkable water treated and fluorinated in own treatment station. The sanitary sewage is collected in network and directed towards the treatment station. All real estates are served with electric power distribution network.
SAMA offers medical and dental care, with Mediservice, both in the City and other locations.

The company has an industrial restaurant in its Residential Village, with capacity to serve 350 people at a time, where the breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper are served, including on weekends and holidays.

The residential complex has two clubs with multiple-sports squares, soccer fields, semi-olympic pools, two tennis squares, shuttlecock square, social halls for the holding of events, etc. The leisure is coordinated by the SESI/SAMA agreement, which plans, promotes and coordinates courses, lectures, life quality projects and several social and sports events. The area has its own space (Arty.cultura room) for the holding of courses, exhibitions, selling of handicraft, etc.

For the comfort of its residents, the Village also counts on services such as:

The community has also available a chapel for the solemnization of weddings, holding of masses and other religious activities, as well as a vivarium of seedling, where the community gets technical guidance about the plantation and also can get the seedling.
